Hotjar records the pseudonymized activities of randomly selected visitors to our website, such as mouse movements and clicks, which is used to be able to improve the performance of the website. Hotjar also records information about the operating system, browsers, inbound and outbound links, geographic origin, as well as the resolution and type of device that visits our site. This data is used for statistical purposes. In addition, it is possible for us to obtain anonymous “feedback surveys” through Hotjar, in which you can submit a voluntary evaluation of our website.
