This website uses Hotjar, a web analytics tool provided by Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta (“Hotjar”). Hotjar records the pseudonymized activities of randomly selected visitors to our website, such as mouse movements and clicks, which is used to be able to improve the performance of the website. Hotjar also records information about the operating system, browsers, inbound and outbound links, geographic origin, as well as the resolution and type of device that visits our site. This data is used for statistical purposes. In addition, it is possible for us to obtain anonymous “feedback surveys” through Hotjar, in which you can submit a voluntary evaluation of our website. Our website collects anonymous data about the pages visited, such as number of visits, country, browser, time of visit, etc. We analyze the collected data using a third-party provider’s solution. 4. How long we store cookies
Session cookies remain on your device until you leave the Site or turn off your software (web browser).

The purpose of the processing is to answer the question or message sent, which is the legitimate interest of the Company (i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If you have given your consent – we will send you marketing content through the selected communication channel (i.e. Art. 6.(1)(a) GDPR). You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion and restriction of data processing. You have the right to object on grounds related to your particular situation. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before such withdrawal. You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

Personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to respond and then stored for a period of several months. Marketing purposes will be carried out until you withdraw your consent. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so is linked to the inability to receive an answer to the question asked. Receiving marketing content is voluntary. Data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including legal and IT services, with such entities processing data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
