If you have given your consent – we will send you marketing content through the selected communication channel (i.e. Art. 6.(1)(a) GDPR). You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion and restriction of data processing. You have the right to object on grounds related to your particular situation. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before such withdrawal. You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

Personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to respond and then stored for a period of several months. Marketing purposes will be carried out until you withdraw your consent. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so is linked to the inability to receive an answer to the question asked. Receiving marketing content is voluntary. Data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including legal and IT services, with such entities processing data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. In addition to the above-mentioned entities, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law.
