Your personal data were obtained in the course of establishing business contacts. Their provision is voluntary.

basic identification data (name, surname, position, telephone number, email address, business address, etc.).

Purposes of processing your personal data:

personal data will be processed in order to realize the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is to build a database of business contacts (art.6(1)(f) RODO),

in the case of consent – by explicit affirmative action – the purpose is to send marketing content of third parties through the given communication channel (art.6(1)(a) RODO).

Your consent is not required for the operation of necessary cookies. Recipients of your personal data may be entities providing elements of IT infrastructure (in particular, software), providers of postal and transport services, third parties whose marketing we conduct.

The personal data controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.

Your personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years or until you object/withdraw your consent.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data based on the legitimate interest of the controller for reasons related to your particular situation.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so is linked to the inability to receive an answer to the question asked. Receiving marketing content is voluntary. Data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including legal and IT services, with such entities processing data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. In addition to the above-mentioned entities, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law.
